Train Her Like a Girl

Strength That Protects

Paid video training, coming soon

Get strong where athletes get hurt.

The Science

Posterior-chain and single-leg strength (hamstrings, glutes, calves) is the body's brake system, it absorbs landings and cutting forces that protect knees and ankles.

The Practice

A strong root holds the whole tree. Build from the ground, feet, ankles, hips, and the rest moves freely.

Try It Today

2x/week: single-leg work (split squats, single-leg RDLs), 2 to 3 sets of 6 to 10 each side, controlled and balanced.
