The Approach
Conscious, whole human athletes.
Mind Body Fútbol is a simple idea taken seriously: the athlete is one person, not a collection of parts. Western training culture burns athletes out — overtraining, quick fixes, self-worth tied to results. We train the whole person instead, rooted in prevention and real care for the body. The soccer gets better because of it.
The Five Pillars
How the system fits together
Soccer
Technique and game intelligence, trained at game speed. The ball work is the entry point — everything else makes it hold up under pressure.
Mind
Confidence, focus, and composure are skills, not traits. We train self-talk, breath, visualization, and pre-game routines until they're as automatic as a first touch.
Fuel
Athletes don't need a diet — they need to understand fueling. What to eat before training, after matches, and on rest days, built around real life and real food.
Recovery
Sleep, mobility, and intentional rest are treated as part of the program. The work creates the stimulus; recovery creates the athlete.
Herbal Support
Coach Bella's Herbals exists because recovery deserves natural tools. Simple, honest products that support the system, not shortcut it.
From an Athlete
“My daughter calls Bella her soccer therapist — she knows she can openly talk about what she's thinking, and she's not alone in processing the mental element of soccer.”
Beyond Soccer
The system travels
The mental training, the fueling, the recovery, Train Her Like a Girl — they're built for athletes, period. Soccer is home base, but the whole-athlete approach works in any sport.
