About
Meet Coach Bella
Founder of BVSA — coaching the whole human behind the athlete.
The Story
I started playing soccer when I was 3. It was never just a sport — it was my outlet, my discipline, my home. I was obsessed. Not just with the game, but with how movement felt. I wanted to understand my body from the inside out — to connect my mind to every touch, every decision, every moment on the field. While other kids wanted to go out, I wanted to train. Soccer was my constant.
After one semester of college ball, I knew something was off. The education I was looking for wasn't in Western textbooks. I was living firsthand what hustle culture does to an athlete — the overtraining, the burnout, the exhaustion of tying your self-worth to results. There was a massive lack of intentional training. Nobody was coaching the whole human.
So I started studying Eastern practices and therapies — systems that show how the mind and body are deeply interconnected, and how that connection is the foundation of real health and real performance. The Eastern approach is rooted in prevention. Not quick fixes. Not masking symptoms. Actual care for the body. I realized this was something athletes needed to be taught young enough for it to become their normal.
When I moved back to California and started coaching, I saw it everywhere: athletes burning out before they ever reached their potential. Not because they weren't talented. Not because they didn't work hard. Because nobody taught them how to take care of themselves while they did. BVSA was built to change that.
Today my work is rooted in helping athletes grow as whole human-athletes. I bridge elite soccer development with mental performance, recovery, nervous system training, and self-awareness — so athletes can build sustainable habits, embodied confidence, and longevity without burnout. This is for the driven, high-performing athlete who wants more than surface-level improvement. Who wants to perform at their highest, stay grounded, and actually enjoy the game they love.

Work With Coach Bella
What athletes & families say
“Bella helped my daughter's skill level increase tremendously. But more importantly, Bella helped her love the game of soccer again.”
“Samantha learned not only how to be a leader on her team — she learned life skills around how to honor and care for her body. I strongly recommend Bella as a life coach or soccer coach for any young woman.”
“She takes into consideration the whole player, from the warm up to the cool down. Somehow she pushes them to push themselves and they have a blast while doing it. A remarkable difference in their confidence and skills after just a few sessions.”
“I was super impressed with how professionally she handles her clients. Communication was great, and I appreciated the reports sent after a lesson with a breakdown of what they worked on.”
“She worked with everyone on their mental game. She would sit and meditate with us, encourage team friendships — I never gave up on myself because she never gave up on me. Having Bella as my coach is the best thing I had the opportunity to experience.”
“She has helped my confidence improve while being under pressure — remembering that I am capable of just going for the ball and not being afraid that I'm not good enough.”
“You've made my love for soccer stronger and you made a family.”
“Bella has a way of making the people around her the best versions of themselves. She made me fall in love with soccer all over again.”
“Suddenly on the field she was more assertive, and her skill level had become unrecognizable. She exuded confidence — both on and off the field. Bella has been a total God send.”
