The Expressive One · perform, connect, ask
The peak. Strongest, most confident, most magnetic.
Estrogen peaks and so do you. Verbal fluency, confidence, and the willingness to be looked at all sit at their highest point of the month. This is your performance and connection window: games, tryouts, tests, presentations, interviews, the conversation where you ask for the thing you want. If you get to choose when something is watched and judged, choose here.
It is also short, just three or four days, and sometimes only two. The mistake athletes make is assuming this version of themselves is the permanent one and committing their whole month from inside it. Enjoy it out loud, notice that you feel good, but before you say yes to anything past this week, ask what luteal you would say.
One real caution: peak power comes with looser ligaments, so this is exactly when a proper warm up protects your season.
That is the shape of your summer. The Cycle Smart guide turns it into a real plan: exact effort targets, sample training weeks, a phase by phase food list, and a printable tracker to learn your own body.
