The Holistic Cheat Sheet

Small things that make a big difference.

Living whole does not have to be complicated. Most of it is small, ancient, almost boring habits that quietly change everything over time. Here is the cheat sheet: little things that make a big difference. Pick one and start.

Small things, big difference

  • Turn off the wifi before bed. Let your body rest without a signal humming through the house all night.
  • Shop from a farmers market and meet your farmers. Know where your food comes from and who grew it.
  • Cook without seed oils. Reach for olive oil, butter, ghee, or tallow instead.
  • Take olive oil shots. A little real, cold-pressed olive oil is good fat your body loves.
  • Hydrate with trace minerals, not just quick electrolyte packets. Give the water something to carry.
  • Watch the sun come up and go down. Morning and evening light set your body's clock.
  • Eat slow, without your phone. Let your body actually register that it was fed.
  • Give someone a big hug. Real connection is medicine too.
