Train Her Mind

Train Her Mind

Affirmations by Position

Confidence built for your exact role on the field.

General affirmations are good. Affirmations built for your exact position are better, because your brain believes specific, vivid statements far more than vague ones. A keeper and a striker carry completely different pressures, so they should be training completely different beliefs.

Find your position below and take the lines that hit hardest, or use them all. Say them out loud, like they're already true, every day. These aren't hype; they're the precise belief your role demands, rehearsed until it's just who you are on the field.

The Science

Your brain becomes what it repeats. Every time you say an affirmation you strengthen the brain pathway behind that belief, and like any muscle, it grows with daily reps. Say them once and little changes; say them every day and you rewire how you see yourself, so the confidence is already there by game time. Specific, position-based lines train the exact belief your role demands.

The Practice

Word is intention made real. Speak the athlete you are becoming, out loud, daily, until the body recognizes her as you.

How to Use Them

  1. 1Find your position below and choose the lines that hit hardest, or use them all.
  2. 2Say them out loud. Your brain believes your own voice more than a quiet thought.
  3. 3Say them like they're already true, stand tall and mean every word.
  4. 4Do it every day: in the morning, before training, and before games.
  5. 5Keep it up for 90 days. Daily reps are what turn the words into real belief.
